What we collect
Account details (name, work email, agency name), the submission documents your team uploads, data extracted from them, and basic usage logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the service: reading documents, extracting fields, running checklists, answering questions about a submission and drafting follow-ups. We do not sell personal data.
Uploaded documents
Documents are stored in private storage that only members of your agency workspace can access. Documents are processed by AI providers solely to deliver results to you and are not used by us to train models.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your workspace and its documents by emailing us.
Security
Access is restricted per agency workspace, connections are encrypted in transit, and every status change on a submission is logged.
Marketing email
If you subscribe to product updates or request a demo, we store your email to reply. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
